Q. What value has your military background brought to non-military organization?
A. Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity and Personal
Courage; these are more than just mere words to me. I take them
seriously and while they may have different meanings to others, to me they represent a recipe for success for any organization that values their customers, their employees and themselves. Duty, Respect and Selfless Service are very important values easily transferable to any organization. No one will ever have to do my job; I will always do mine and ensure that my clients have sufficient time to do theirs. Being treated with dignity and respect is paramount; hence treating employees as if they you’re your customers make for a productive work environment. Selfless Service hasto be the trademark of any serious and executive leader; a must in my mind.
