During this session, participants will learn about the Executive Exchange program and the importance of developing the eight key areas of focus for leaders. In addition, you will experience the challenge of applying the Game Theory (study of human conflict and cooperation within a competitive situation) to study how leaders behave in strategic situations, negotiate, analyze the competition, and process information coming from external sources. In short, you will be challenged as a leader and the simulation will test your critical thinking acumen. The year-long program will challenge your presumptions and misconceptions about leadership and the values that shape it, encouraging you to think and lead with originality.
